Noticing that on 8 April 2020 the Court of Justice of the European Union ruled on interim measures that the Disciplinary Chamber of the Polish Supreme Court may not conduct disciplinary proceedings against judges or refer them to courts which do not meet the requirements for independence under EU law,
Observing that this ruling is in force until the CJEU renders its final judgment on the European Commission’s complaint against the Polish government in Case C-791/19,
Noticing that Polish magistrates who have criticised the government for breaking the rule of law are being currently investigated and even suspended from official duties by the Disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Court (on 18 November 2020 judge Igor Tuleya was suspended from his duties as a judge),
